As announced on Monday afternoon by the 2023 NCAA Division II Men's and Women's Cross Country Committee Stan State's Jose Garcia is heading to the NCAA Division II National Men's and Women's Cross Country Championships on Saturday, November 18 at Tom Rutledge Cross Country Course in Joplin, Mo. Garcia was one of the 24 at-large individuals that were selected to participate in the championship.
