Stan State men's cross country team finished in 14th place out of 21 teams at the 2022 NCAA Division II West Regional Championships. The Warriors finished with 374 points while Chico State captured the regional title with 48 points. Medhane Woldu paced the Warriors with his 50th place time of 31:43.2 in the 10K race at Amend Park in Billings, Mont.
